Terms & Conditions
ORDERS: All orders are subject to approval by S.L.I.M. Upon purchase, customer acknowledges acceptance of SLiM,inc. standard terms and conditions.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. Special discounts or conditions beyond standard pricing must be validated in writing.
PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted upon initial completion of a charge verification release form. There is a $11.00 charge for C.O.D. orders. Customers are subject to a $25.00 charge for returned checks due to insufficient funds.
TERMS: Account terms of net 30 is granted upon SLiM,inc. discretion. A credit application is required to be considered for terms.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: Any sums not paid within thirty (30) days are subject to a finance charge of one and one half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Accounts sixty (60) days past due may be asked to pay by credit card at time of order. Accounts ninety (90) days past due are subject to collections and collection cost and/or if applicable, legal fees.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: Customer shall be responsible for checking goods received upon delivery for total item count and condition. Any shortage in the total item count or damage to goods must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt and reported to SLiM,inc. within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery.
MIS-SHIPMENTS: All shortages, overages and other mis-ships must be reported to SLiM,inc. within fifteen (15) days from the date of shipment. Customer shall be required to furnish SLiM with an invoice or packing slip number and an itemization of all mis-ships by product type. Incomplete claims and claims filed more than fifteen (15) days after the receipt of goods will not be accepted.
PRICING: Customer agrees to adhere to SLiM,inc. retail pricing structure through all channels of commerce (retail pricing structure is detailed on current SLiM,inc. price list. Any deviation from said pricing must be approved by S.L.I.M. and validated in writing.
RETURNS/REFUSALS: All returns of stock must be authorized in advance by SLiM,inc. (and issued an RM#). Returns made after 15 days from delivery are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. SLiM,inc. will not accept returns on product with expired shelf life. Refused shipments are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee as well as responsibility for incurred shipping charges.
SHIPPING: Unless the customer is otherwise notified, orders placed Monday through Thursday are normally shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Friday orders are shipped the following Monday. Freight is charged in addition to case cost.

MARKETING MATERIALS: All product brochures, product information sheets, photography and other marketing or informational materials, whether in written, printed or electronic format, including printouts from SLiM,inc. are the copyright of SLiM,inc and may not be modified or used without the express written consent of SLiM,inc. Notwithstanding, such materials may be distributed as necessary in unmodified form. The application of stickers or stamps showing the name and address of the entity so distributing material is permitted provided that such stickers or stamps are affixed to an otherwise blank area of the material and do not intentionally or unintentionally cover any of the information therein.
MODIFICATIONS: No supplement, modification or amendment of these terms and conditions shall be binding unless executed in writing by SLiM,inc. Violation of these terms and conditions may result in termination of customer's account.
